1. Bestandsformaat

  • PDF (voorkeur) – meestal PDF/X-1a of PDF/X-4

  • Alternatief: TIFF of high-res JPG (minder controle, dus liever PDF)

  • 1 bestand per product

2. Schaal & formaat

  • Aanleveren op 1:1 (ware grootte) of 1:10

  • Werk in mm

3. Afloop (bleed)

  • Graag aanleveren met 1cm afloop rondom

  • Belangrijke content (tekst/logo) minimaal 30 mm binnen het zichtvlak houden

4. Resolutie

  • 100–150 dpi op ware grootte is standaard

  • Bij kleinere doeken: richting 200–250 dpi

  • Bij grote doeken: 100 dpi is vaak voldoende

5. Kleurinstellingen

  • CMYK aanleveren

  • Veel gebruikt profiel:

    • ISO Coated v2 (FOGRA39)

    • voor zwart: gebruik rich black (bijv. C40 M30 Y30 K100) i.p.v. alleen K100

6. Lettertypes & lijnen

  • Zet fonts om naar contouren

  • Minimale lijndikte:

    • Positief: ± 0,25 pt

    • Negatief (wit op kleur): ± 0,5 pt

7. Overdruk / transparantie

  • Vermijd complexe transparanties

  • Flatten indien nodig

  • Check overdrukinstellingen (zeker bij zwart)

8. Snijlijnen / markeringen

  • GEEN snijtekens

  • GEEN paskruizen

  • Alleen het beeld + afloop

9. Oriëntatie & naamgeving

  • Bestand correct georiënteerd aanleveren

  • Bestandsnaam duidelijk, bijvoorbeeld:

  • project_positie_afmeting.pdf

  • Submit at 1:1 (actual size) or 1:10

  • Work in mm

  • Please include 1 cm of bleed on all sides

  • Keep important content (text/logo) at least 30 mm inside the visible area

    4. Resolution

  • 100–150 dpi at actual size is standard

  • For smaller banners: aim for 200–250 dpi

  • For large banners: 100 dpi is often sufficient

    5. Color settings

  • Submit in CMYK

  • Commonly used profile: ISO Coated v2 (FOGRA39)

  • For black: use rich black (e.g., C40 M30 Y30 K100) instead of just K100

    6. Fonts & lines

  • Convert fonts to outlines

  • Minimum line thickness: Positive: ± 0.25 pt Negative (white on color): ± 0.5 pt

    7. Overprint / transparency‍ ‍

  • Avoid complex transparencies

  • Flatten if necessary

  • Check overprint settings (especially for black)

    8. Cut lines / marks‍ ‍

  • NO crop marks

  • NO registration marks

  • Only the image + bleed

    9. Orientation & naming‍ ‍

  • Submit file with correct orientation

  • Clear filename, for example: project_position_dimensions.pdf
